You Are Not Alone
If you’ve just received a diagnosis, take a deep breath. This is not a tragedy. It’s a map to a different, beautiful country. We are here to walk with you.
The First 3 Steps
1. Pause and Process
There is no deadline for "fixing" anything. Give yourself permission to feel overwhelm, grief, or relief. Your child is the same child they were yesterday—now you just have a better manual.
2. Find Your Village
Isolation is the enemy. Connect with one local parent group or join our online community. Hearing "Me too" is the most powerful medicine.
3. Learn the Language
Start with one resource. We recommend "The Sensory Child" or our own Toolkit. Learn about sensory regulation—it unlocks so much.
